The Jesse Bounds Story
Jesse Bounds is the founder of Bounds Hay Company. He didn't inherit a massive operation—he built it from the ground up through grit, determination, and a relentless focus on operational efficiency.
Like many operators, he faced the growing pains of scaling: lost paperwork, inefficient dispatching, cash flow crunches, and the constant struggle of finding and keeping good people.
Instead of accepting these problems as "just the way it is in agriculture," Jesse built systems to solve them. He digitized operations, tracked every metric, and turned a chaotic business into a well-oiled machine.
Ten Four Coaching was born from the realization that thousands of other operators were struggling with the exact same issues. Jesse decided to take the blueprints that scaled Bounds Hay Company and share them with the industry.
