1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ten Four Coaching platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this platform.

2. Services Provided
Ten Four Coaching offers users weekly coaching calls and access to exclusive business courseware through a membership area. These services are provided as described on the platform and are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Membership

Registration: You must register and create an account to access the services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date.

Fees: Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis, as detailed during the registration process. Fees are subject to change with prior notice to users.

Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time. Please note that refunds are not provided for any remaining portion of the billing cycle.

4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platform.

All materials provided on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Ten Four Coaching or our content suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from us.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms, describes the information we collect and how we use it. By using the platform, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ten Four Coaching does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or interruptions. Ten Four Coaching will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Oregon and The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
